Equatorial Energía’s $247 Million Notes Offering

Equatorial Energía S.A. executed its $247 Million convertible Notes. Banco Itaú BBA, BB – Banco de Investimento, Banco J.Safra and Banco Bradesco BBI acted as Initial Purchasers on the offering.

Equatorial Energia SA is a holding company that owns interests in power distribution operations throughout Brazil. The company, led by Augusto Miranda Da Paz Jr, Eduardo Haiama and Tinn Freire Amado, in 2016 recorded $2.405 Billion Revenues.

Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga advised Equatorial Energía S.A. with Frederico Kerr Bullamah (Picture), Diogo Bicalho Nascimento and Roberto Paschoal.

Lefosse advised the Initial Purchasers with Ricardo Prado, Mariana Guenka, Ricardo Marques, Elayne Araújo and Fernanda Barros.
