EPAM's Acquisition of Polsource

Polsource announced its acquisition by EPAM Systems (NYSE: EPAM), a global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.

Polsource is a Salesforce Platinum Partner that delivers multi-cloud end-to-end solutions across various industries. The proposed acquisition is expected to close at the beginning of EPAM’s fiscal second quarter, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
