Entegris, Inc.’s $550 Million High-Yield Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, in connection with the $550 million 144A/Reg. S high?yield senior notes offering of Entegris, Inc.

Entegris, Inc. develops, manufactures, and supplies micro contamination control products, specialty chemicals, and advanced materials handling solutions for manufacturing processes in the semiconductor and other high-technology industries worldwide. The company, led by Bertrand Loy, Gregory B. Graves, Todd J. Edlund, William James Shaner and Sue Perng Lee, is based in Billerica (MA).

The transaction closed on November 10, 2017.
