Cravath represented Goldman Sachs Bank USA, as administrative agent, in connection with the arrangement of $700 million of credit facilities made available to Entegris, Inc.
Entegris, Inc. is a leading global developer of microcontamination control products, specialty chemicals and advanced materials handling solutions for manufacturing processes in the semiconductor and other high-technology industries. The facilities consisted of a $400 million term loan facility and a $300 million revolving credit facility to be used for general corporate purposes.
The Cravath team included partner Tatiana Lapushchik (Picture) and associate Kelly M. Smercina on banking matters, and associate Rebecca L. Fine on tax matters. Robin M. Gimm also worked on banking matters.
