EnQuest PLC’s US$750 Million Borrowing Base Debt Facility

Ashurst advised EnQuest PLC on the deal.

The new facility, arranged by BNP Paribas and DNB (UK) Limited, will enable EnQuest to simplify its existing capital structure and finance the acquisition of a 26.69% interest in the Golden Eagle Area Development.

EnQuest PLC is an independent oil and gas production and development company listed on the London and Stockholm stock exchanges.
