Prieto advised Engie Latam on the transaction
Engie Latam, the Latin American arm of French multinational utility Engie, acquired an additional 7.23% stake in Engie Energía Chile.
Through the acquisition of 76.2mn shares, the firm seeks to up its stake in the company from 52.76% to 60%.
