Energy Transfer Operating’s $4.5 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Energy Transfer Operating announced a $4.5 billion senior notes offering comprised of $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.900% senior notes due 2025, $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.750% senior notes due 2030, and $2.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.000% senior notes due 2050. The notes of each series are initially fully and unconditionally guaranteed by ETO’s subsidiary, Sunoco Logistics Partners Operations L.P. (Sunoco Logistics), on a senior unsecured basis so long as Sunoco Logistics guarantees any of ETO’s other long-term debt. Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., MUFG Securities Americas Inc., Natixis Securities Americas LLC and TD Securities (USA) LLC acted as representatives of the underwriters for the senior notes offering.
