Simmons & Simmons has advised Endava plc on its acquisition of Exozet Berlin GmbH.
The acquisition will provide Endava with an updated client list of German multinationals, including: Audi, Deutsche Tele-kom and many more. The deal also signifies an expansion of the company’s credentials in immersive experience, media management and broadcasting sectors.

Exozet is a leading German digital agency with a focus on delivering transformation through Agile development processes. The agency’s comprehensive service offer includes digital strategy, software solutions, video content management as well as gaming technology.
