Endava plc $145 Million Initial Public Offering

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an initial public offering of 7,291,000 American Depository Shares, each representing one Class A ordinary share of Endava plc, including all ADSs subject to the underwriters’ option to purchase additional ADSs.

Endava issued and sold 3,228,995 ADSs and certain existing stockholders sold an additional 4,062,005 ADSs. Endava’s ADSs are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “DAVA.”

Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, Cowen and Williiam Blair acted as underwriters on the offering.
