Encore Capital’s £250 Million Senior Secured Bonds Offering

Encore Capital Group, Inc. completed a £250 million  senior secured notes offering due 2028. 

The initial purchasers were Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, HSBC, DNB Markets, Fifth Third Securities, ING, MUFG, Truist Securities, BofA Securities and Citizens Capital Markets.
