Empresa Provincial de Energía de Córdoba (EPEC)’s $100 Million Notes Offering

Empresa Provincial de Energía de Córdoba (EPEC) in Argentina finalized the offering of $100 million notes 7% fixed rate due to 2022.

Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba and Balanz Capital Valores S.A. acted as lead manager.

Deutsche Bank S.A. acted as trust Agent.

Argentine power utility Epec, the country’s fourth largest power company, is engaged in the generation, transmission and distribution of electric power in Córdoba province, serving more than 650,000 clients through 204 provincial cooperatives.
