Empresa Ele?ctrica Agua Azul’s $33 Million Loan

Empresa Electrica Agua Azul S.A., operating as a subsidiary of Aluz Clean Energy plc, secured a $33 million loan from Banco Internacional del Peru S.A.A. – Interbank and Corporacion Financiera de Desarrollo S.A. (Cofide).

La Fiduciaria S.A. acted as trustee on the deal.

Aluz Clean Energy Plc engages in the identification, development, construction, acquisition, and operation of clean energy assets in the Andean Region. It develops and operates a portfolio of medium size hydro power plants. The company was founded in 2007 and is based in Lima, Peru.
