Emmerson plc’s £5.5 Million Placing And Admission To AIM

Hill Dickinson advised Emmerson plc on the deal.

Emmerson is a potash development company focused on the development of the Khemisset Potash Project (the Project) located in Northern Morocco, approximately 90km from the capital city, Rabat, and the planned bulk port of Kenitra Atlantique and 175km from the port of Mohammedia. 

At a general meeting on 25 March 2021, Emmerson shareholders approved the Cancellation and the AIM Admission. The Cancellation is expected to become effective at 8.00 on 27 April 2021 and Admission is expected to become effective at 8.00 on the same date, 27 April 2021.
