Vinge has advised Eleda Infra Services Group on the deal.
Eleda Infra Services Group announced the acquisition of Göteborg Mark och Betong Entreprenad (GMB).
GMB is based in Gothenburg and provides construction and contracting services related to infrastructure, foundation and fine planning work as well as both cast-in-place and prefabricated concrete. GMB has a total approximate revenue of SEK 220 million and around 30 employees.
Eleda Group is an expansive group focusing on civil engineering, contract and other services in infrastructure. The Group operates via regional companies across southern and central Sweden, currently Akeab, Mark & Energibyggarna, Salboheds Bygg & Anläggningstjänst, JVAB and One Nordic, all of which have similar business models and operational focus.
Vinge’s team consisted primarily of Christina Kokko (Picture) and Michaela Cronemyr, Carl Fredrik Wachtmeister, Isak Willborg, Ebba Svenburg, Frida Ställborn, Tove Lövgren Frisk and Carl Bruneheim.
