EGO Movement’s Strategic Partnership With TVS Motor

VISCHER advised EGO Movement on the deal.

The fast-growing Swiss e-mobility company EGO Movement (the GO AG) has agreed on a long-term strategic partnership with the leading Indian mobility group TVS Motor. Indian mobility group TVS Motor has invested €15.3 million to obtain 80% of the shares of the Swiss e-mobility company EGO Movement.

Founded in 2015, the company operates 11 stores in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein and claims a successful position on the European market for e-mobility products.

EGO Movement is a Swiss technology company providing mobility solutions through a portfolio of e-bikes, e-cargo bikes, and e-scooters.

TVS Motor Company is a global manufacturer of two-wheeler and three-wheeler vehicles.
