Eddyfi/NDT’s $350 Million Acquisition of Zetec

McCarthy Tétrault LLP and Foley & Lardner advised Eddyfi/NDT in connection with the agreement to acquire Zetec from Roper Technologies while King & Spalding represented Roper Technologies.

Eddyfi/NDT entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Zetec, a subsidiary of Roper Technologies Inc. for US$350 million. The transaction is expected to close at the end of the year and is subject to customary closing conditions and approvals. Following the closing of the transaction, Zetec will formally join Eddyfi Technologies, a business unit of Eddyfi/NDT.

Zetec is a leader in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) solutions for the critical inspection needs of industries including power generation, oil and gas, aerospace, automotive, maritime, military, rail, and manufacturing.

Eddyfi/NDT is a leading global provider of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) technologies for customers in mining, aerospace, oil & gas, transportation and power, headquartered in Quebec, Canada.
