DWS’ Acquisition of Two Residential Portfolios With More than 350 Homes


Lexence assisted DWS while Amvest was legally assisted by BarentsKrans.

DWS Group has purchased two residential portfolios with a total of 358 homes from the Amvest Residential Core Fund for two of its funds. The houses, all apartments, were built between 2001-2010 and are located at 7 different locations, including in Amsterdam, The Hague and Rotterdam.

CBRE has supervised the transaction on behalf of the seller. Amvest was legally assisted by BarentsKrans. Rubens Capital Partners supervises the transactions of DWS in the Netherlands and takes care of the management of the Dutch portfolio.
