Dover’s Acquisition Of Innovative Control Systems

Innovative Control Systems, Inc. (ICS), a leading provider of car wash controllers, payment terminals, point-of-sale and wash site management software solutions, has been acquired by Dover, a diversified global manufacturer and solutions provider.

ICS will bring more than three decades of strong engineering and reliability, high levels of customer service, and innovative solutions to Dover, enhancing the company’s offerings, business mix and recurring revenue stream.

A multi-disciplinary team of Troutman Pepper attorneys, led by attorneys Michael Jones, Thomas Dwyer (Picture) and Daniel Sieck, assisted ICS during the process.
