Douglas Emmett, Inc.’s $143.5 Million Acquisition of a 146,300 square-foot office property in Beverly Hills

Paul Hastings represented Cando Partners and Wilshire-Canon Properties, LLC in the sale of a 146,300 square-foot office property in Beverly Hills to Douglas Emmett, Inc. for $143.6 million.

As part of the transaction, Douglas Emmett used cash and issued approximately 2.6 million units in its operating partnership to the sellers.

Located in Beverly Hills’ Golden Triangle at the corner of Wilshire and Canon, the 12-story office tower on 9401 Wilshire Boulevard is adjacent to world class restaurants and retail amenities.
