Dormer Pramet's Acquisition of Miranda Tools

AZB & Partners advised Miranda Tools Private Limited on the deal, while Khaitan & Co advised Sandvik Machining Solutions AB on the deal.

As reported in Legally India and in others online publications Dormer Pramet, a division within Sandvik Machining Solutions, signed an agreement to acquire the entire business of the Indian company Miranda Tools, comprising manufacture of High Speed Steel and solid carbide round tools.

Dormer Tools AB manufactures and distributes power, hand, and edge tools products, the company markets its products to retail building materials outlets, construction companies, and craftsmen throughout
