Domestic & General’s multi-million pound note offering

Latham & Watkins, Ogier, Freshfields and Reed Smith advised on the deal

Domestic & General, a leading specialist provider of appliance care services for domestic appliances and consumer electronic products, executed a multi-million pound note offering and financing.

The Company, led by Kenneth Spark Wilson and

John Jeremy Pearmund offers product protection services for household appliances and consumer electronic products, as well as manages the whole warranty process, including customer mailing, contact centers, repair networks, and claims handling.

Ogier advised D&G with a team including Raulin Amy (Picture), Oliver Richardson, Anna Cochrane, Tiffany Ager and Jamie Colquhoun.

The team worked alongside lead counsel Latham & Watkins on the transaction.
