Dole’s $400 Million Initial Public Offering

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, working closely to Arthur Cox, represented Dole in the offering, while Latham & Watkins represented the underwriters.

Dole plc, a newly created company formed for the combination of Total Produce plc and Dole Food Company, Inc., announced on July 29 the pricing of its initial public offering of 25,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of $16.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on July 30, 2021 under the ticker symbol “DOLE” and the offering is expected to close on August 3, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities and Davy acted as lead book-running managers for the offering. BofA Securities, BMO Capital Markets and Rabo Securities acted as book-running managers for the offering. Stephens Inc. acted as co-manager for the offering
