Doctolib’s Acquisition Of Dottori.it S.r.l.

Doctolib SA – French “Unicorn” leader in the European market in digital healthcare – has announced the completion of the acquisition, through its subsidiary Doctolib S.r.l, of Dottori.it S.r.l (“dottori.it”).
 
Through its platform, dottori.it has been addressing its business to patients, doctors and healthcare facilities since 2013, allowing the online booking of diagnostic and laboratory tests, as well as offering online video consultation services directly within its tool.
 
For all aspects relating to the structuring and negotiation of the legal profiles of the transaction, Doctolib was assisted by Bird & Bird with a team led by partner Stefano Silvestri (Picture) and composed of Linda Pietrostefani (senior associate), Sara Calamitosi (associate), Paride Bordoni (associate) and Michele Innocenzo Mallano (trainee) for corporate-M & A aspects, by Simone Cadeddu (partner), Jacopo Nardelli (senior associate), Mauro Turrini (counsel) and Sara Massalongo (associate), as regards regulatory and ownership profiles intellectual, and by Daphne Diorio Borri (senior associate) for the labor law aspects.

The Osborne Clarke law firm, with a team coordinated by partner Giuliano Lanzavecchia, instead assisted the sellers (including Immobiliare.it and other entrepreneurs and investors) in managing all the legal aspects of the transaction.
