Delivery logistics software company, DispatchTrack, closed its first funding round – resulting in a $144 million transaction led by global growth equity firm Spectrum Equity.

DispatchTrack is a logistics optimization platform that addresses problems faced by merchants, delivery service providers and consumers, enabling businesses to provide a seamless delivery experience.

Spectrum Equity is a global growth equity firm that specializes in partnering with internet-enabled software and information services businesses.
