LPA-CGR Avocats and De Pardieu Brocas Maffei have advsied on the deal
LPA-CGR avocats has advised DIF Infrastructure IV in connection with the acquisition of 85% of the equity in a portfolio of seven solar PV plants installed on the rooftops of supermarkets, warehouses and parking lots in the south of France and Corsica, totaling an installed 10 MWp capacity. Green Yellow has retained 15% of the equity in the portfolio. The projects have been developed by Green Yellow, are all operational and benefit from a long term Feed-in-Tariff with EDF.
Including this acquisition, DIF-managed funds have successfully acquired 85% of the equity in 38 rooftop solar PV plants in France, totaling 85 MWp, from Green Yellow, which has retained 15% of the equity in all of the plants. LPA-CGR avocats assisted DIF in connection with all these investments.
DIF is an independent and specialist infrastructure fund management company, managing funds of approximately € 3,3 billion.
