Ashurst advised DIF Capital Partners on the deal. Hogan Lovells advised Dagmar Vogt Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH on the deal.
Dagmar Vogt Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH sold its 51% share in ib vogt GmbH. ib vogt GmbH is one of the world’s leading developers of photovoltaic facilities. The shares were bought by the DIF Infrastructure VI fund of DIF Capital Partners (DIF), one of the world’s leading independent fund managers for infrastructure investments.
The sale is the biggest transaction in connection with a solar portfolio developer. The sale and the cooperation serve to ensure ib vogt’s growth and to accelerate the installation of photovoltaic facilities.
