Diagnósticos da América’s R$3.3 Billion Re-IPO

Diagnósticos da América S.A. (“DASA”) executed its “re-IPO” on the São Paulo Stock Exchange (B3) at a public offering price of R$58 per common share. The offering raised R$3.3 billion in gross proceeds (excluding the underwriters’ over-allotment option) to DASA.

The common shares were offered to certain institutional investors in Brazil, to qualified institutional buyers in the United States under Rule 144A, and to non-U.S. persons outside the United States in reliance upon Regulation S. DASA’s common shares are traded on the B3 under the ticker symbol “DASA3.”

Bradesco Securities, Inc.; BTG Pactual US Capital LLC; BofA Securities, Inc.; Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC; Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC; Safra Securities, LLC; Santander Investment Securities, Inc. and Itau BBA USA Securities, Inc. acted as Joint bookrunners on the transaction.
