Dexus’ $446 Million Acquisition Of SAHMRI 2 Clinical And Medical Research Facility

Commercial & General sold its $446 million SAHMRI 2 clinical and medical research facility (also known as the Australian Bragg Centre) to Dexus.

The centrepiece of this healthcare facility will be a proton therapy unit which delivers cutting edge cancer treatment through precise radiation therapy. The unit will be housed in a purpose built bunker and will be the only one of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere.
