Dexterity’s $140 Million Series B Financing

Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian advised Dexterity on the deal.

Dexterity, a robotics startup focused on supply chain operations, announced its $140 million Series B financing co-led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and Kleiner Perkins. The funding round brings the company’s valuation to $1.4 billion. The new capital will be used to deploy its first thousand robots into the world.

The Gunderson deal team was led by Trevor Knapp (Picture) and included Hannah Porter and Lydia Carnevale.
