Geldards advised Depot on this deal.
The agreement concerned a new entertainment venue due to open in Cardiff this summer, which is being backed by Welsh footballer Gareth Bale.
The 18,000 sq ft site underneath the Capitol Centre will become a new entertainment venue, which will include a bar, restaurant and mini golf. The project is part of a new creative and business partnership with Gareth Bale’s company Elevens Group.
Par 59 will have two adults-only courses, two large bars and dining rooms and two independent kitchens run by Sushi Life and Dirty Bird.
The Geldards team was led by Senior Associate Martyn Davies (Picture).
