Delta Patagonia S.R.L.’s Acquisition of 124 Fuel and Services Station in Argentina from YPF S.A.

Delta Patagonia S.R.L. executed its acquisition of 124 Fuel and Services Station in Argentina from YPF S.A.

The acquired Fuel Station will operate under Gulf Oil Argentina brand in force of an agreement with Delta Patagonia.

Delta Patagonia operates as a fuel retailer. The company is based in Paraguay.

YPF Sociedad Anonima is involved in the exploration, development and production of crude oil, natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas. The company, led by Daniel Gonzalez Casartelli, Luis Miguel Sas and Carlos Alberto Alfonsi, in 2017 recorded $15.317 billion revenues.

Gulf Oil Argentina S.A. manufactures mineral, semi synthetic, and synthetic lubricants, as well as coolants and greases for vehicles. Gulf Oil Argentina S.A. was founded in 2000 and is based in Moreno, Argentina.
