Walker Morris have advised administrators Deloitte on the sale of the business and assets of HW Architectural.
The West Yorkshire architectural firm, which traces its roots to the 1880s, went into administration last month, with the loss of 74 jobs.
The new owners currently have an aluminium business called QIC Trims which services the interiors market with dry lining trims, glass partitions and access panels.
HW Architectural is an aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling business.
