Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corporation III’s $350 Million Initial Public Offering

Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corporation III executed its $350 million initial public offering of 35,000,000 units. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant to purchase one Class A ordinary share of Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corporation III. The units were listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “DCRCU.”

Credit Suisse and Citigroup acted as joint book running managers for the proposed offering.

Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corporation III is a newly organized, special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corporation III intends to capitalize on the Riverstone platform to identify, acquire and operate a business in industries that may provide opportunities for attractive risk-adjusted returns in one of the multiple sectors that may advance the objectives of global decarbonization.
