De’ Longhi Group’s $420 Million Acquisition Of Capital Brands Holdings, LLC

White & Case LLP has advised De’Longhi Group on the deal.

De’Longhi Group executed the acquisition of 100 percent of Capital Brands Holdings, LLC for expected consideration of US$420 million.

The closing of the transaction is expected by the end of 2020.

The De’Longhi Group is one of the leading players in the small domestic appliance market, with products encompassing coffee, cooking and food preparation, air conditioning, heating and home care.

Capital Brands Holdings, LLC is the holding company of the US group Capital Brands, which manufactures and retails domestic appliances with a focus on wellness nutrition under the Nutribullet and Magic Bullet brands.
