Dataiku’s $400 Million Fundraising

Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe advised Dataiku on the deal.

Dataiku, an enterprise artificial intelligence and machine-learning platform, announced its $400 million Series E financing round. Led by Tiger Global, the round included existing investors ICONIQ Growth, CapitalG, FirstMark Capital, Battery Ventures, Snowflake Ventures and Dawn Capital, as well as new investors Insight Partners, Eurazeo, Lightrock and Datadog CEO Olivier Pomel. This latest round brings Dataiku’s valuation to $4.6 billion.

Originally based in Paris, France, Dataiku expanded to New York in 2015 and currently has its headquarters there. A cross border team from Orrick’s Paris and US offices advised Dataiku on the round.

The Orrick team was led by John Bautista (Picture) and Samir Bakhru, and includes Alexis Savini, Ashley Walter, Rena Kakon, Marie-Laure Combet, Paul Klimos and Ben Cichostepski.
