DATAGROUP SE announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares in dna Gesellschaft für IT Services mbH. DATAGROUP intends to use the acquisition to complement its existing activities in the field of IT services for the financial services sector. The parties agreed not to disclose the acquisition price.
Hamburg-based dna Gesellschaft für IT Services mbH specializes in services for IT infrastructures and IT applications. The company’s expertise includes network management, managed client services, application operation and user administration, as well as industry-specific technical support. In addition, dna advises on integration processes to implement new systems and applications and supports software development processes.
DATAGROUP SE is a German IT service company with more than 2,700 employees. The company designs, implements, and operates IT infrastructures and business applications such as SAP. With DATAGROUP Financial IT Services GmbH and its sister company Portavis GmbH, DATAGROUP already serves numerous customers in the banking and savings bank sector.
