Dana Financing Luxembourg’s €325 Million Senior Notes Offering

Dana Financing Luxembourg S.à r.l. executed its Rule 144A/Regulation S private placement of €325 million aggregate principal amount of 3.000% Senior Notes due 2029. The notes are guaranteed by Dana Financing Luxembourg’s parent company, Dana Incorporated and are expected to be listed on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and admitted to trading on its Euro MTF Market.

Credit Suisse Securities (Europe), J.P. Morgan Securities, Bank of Montreal, London Branch, Barclays Bank, BofA Securities Europe, Citigroup Global Markets, Goldman Sachs International, Mizuho Securities Europe, RBC Europe, Citizens Capital Markets, Fifth Third Securities and KeyBanc Capital Markets acted as initial purchasers for the offering.
