d.i.i. Group’s Residential And Commercial Property Acquisition In Nuremberg


Norton Rose Fulbright has advised the d.i.i. Group on the deal.

d.i.i. Group, an integrated housing company and portfolio developer of residential real estate based in Wiesbaden, acquired a residential and commercial property in Nuremberg.

The residential and commercial complex has 174 residential units, 11 commercial units and 185 parking spaces.
