CyrusOne’s $1.2 Billion Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented CyrusOne LP and CyrusOne Finance Corp. in connection with their $1.2 billion registered senior notes offering.

CyrusOne LP and CyrusOne Finance Corp. closed the offering of $600,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of their 2.900% Senior Notes due 2024 and of $600,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of their 3.450% Senior Notes due 2029.

LLC, BMO Capital Markets Corp, Capital One Securities, Inc., Fifth Third Securities, Inc., KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., MUFG Securities Americas Inc, PNC Capital Markets LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., and TD Securities (USA) LLC acted as underwriters in the offering.

CyrusOne LP and CyrusOne Finance Corp. are subsidiaries of CyrusOne Inc., a REIT that owns, operates and develops enterprise-class, carrier-neutral data center properties. Cravath also represented CyrusOne LP and CyrusOne Finance Corp. in connection with their $1.2 billion concurrent cash tender offer. The transactions closed on December 5, 2019.
