Curavi Health, Inc.’s Acquisition of TripleCare

Curavi Health, Inc., a portfolio company of UPMC Enterprises, has acquired TripleCare, a telemedicine company in the post-acute and long-term care sectors, mirroring a growing trend in the e-health sector of the healthcare industry.

The transaction combines the strength of two telemedicine leaders in the post-acute care industry. By joining forces, the combined entity will serve nearly 100 facilities across 14 states. Terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.

Curavi Health, Inc., a portfolio company of UPMC Enterprises, is a telemedicine provider based out of Pennsylvania providing customized equipment and proprietary software solutions for nursing homes.

TripleCare is a national provider of telemedicine-based healthcare solutions to the post-acute, long-term care industry.
