Cultivos Yadrán’s $50 Million amended credit agreement

Morales & Besa, Carey and Gutiérrez, Waugh, Jimeno & Asenjo advised on the transaction

Cultivos Yadrán S.A. negotiated a new credit agreement for a $50 million syndicated loan with Itaú Corpbanca, Banco del Estado de Chile and Banco Santander Chile.

Terms of the agrement includes that Vitapro Chile S.A. subsidiary of Alicorp Perú, will acquire 40% Interest in Cultivos Yadrán.

Cultivos Yadran S.A. was founded in 1988. The Company’s line of business includes operating fish hatcheries or preserves.
