Clifford Chance advised Banco Santander, Bankinter, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Export Development Canada, Société Générale and BNP Paribas on the deal.
The banks refinanced operation for a total amount of EUR417,119,230 of the project debt of two solar thermal plants with a capacity of 50 MW each, located in Granada (Spain) owned by Andasol-1 Central Termosolar Uno, S.L. and Andasol-2 Central Termosolar Dos, S.L., which were acquired on 2017 by the Cubico Sustainable Investments Limited group.
