CTEK AB’s SEK 3.4 Billion Initial Public Offering

The shares in CTEK AB (publ) have been admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm.

The initial public offering values all shares in CTEK after completion of the offering at approx. SEK 3.4 billion.

Carnegie acted as Sole Global Coordinator and acted together with Swedbank as Joint Bookrunners.

CTEK is the leading global supplier of premium low voltage chargers and the second largest EVSE product supplier in Sweden.
