Voyage, a company focused on building the technology and services to bring robotaxis to those who need it most, beginning in retirement communities, announced its acquisition by Cruise, a company building some of the most advanced self-driving vehicles to safely connect people with the places, things and experiences they care about.

The companies will join forces to deliver a safer, cleaner and more accessible transportation alternative.
