Crown Castle International Corp. operates as a real estate investment trust. The Company, led by Robert C Ackerman, Daniel K Schlanger and Jay A Brown, owns, operates, and leases towers and other infrastructure for wireless communications. Crown Castle International Corp., in 2017, recorded $4.355 Billion Revenues.

The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on April 5, 2018.
