Crown Castle International Corp.’s $831 Million common stock offering

Cravath represented Crown Castle International Corp. in connection with its $831 million registered common stock offering.

Crown Castle owns, operates and leases more than 40,000 cell towers and approximately 60,000 route miles of fiber supporting small cells and fiber solutions across every major U.S. market. The company, led by Jay A. Brown and Daniel K. Schlanger, is based in Houston.

The transaction closed on March 5, 2018.
