Cresud’s $113 Million Notes Offering

Cresud Sociedad Anónima Comercial, Inmobiliaria, Financiera y Agropecuaria executed the offering of $113 Million Clase XXIII Notes on Buenos Aires Stock Exchange.

BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A., Banco Santander Rio S.A., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., Puente Hnos. S.A., Provincia Bursátil S.A., INTL CIBSA S.A. and Industrial Valores S.A. acted as underwriters in the offering.

Cresud SACIF y A operates as an agricultural company. The Company produces grains, sugar cane, meat, and milk, as well as focuses on acquisition, development, and exploitation of agricultural properties for rental, shopping centers, and hotels. The company, led by Eduardo Sergio Elsztain, Saul Zang and Alejandro Gustavo Elsztain, in 2017 recorded $5.045 Billion Revenues.
