Slaughter and May has advised CPPGroup Plc, the international assistance business, on its acquisition of Irish company, Blink Innovation Limited, for an initial consideration of €1m and an earn-out based on future products developed by Blink.
The initial consideration was paid on completion. The earn-out is based on up to 20% of defined profits (subject to maximum of €20m profits) generated over the next five years.
Blink is a digital assistance insurance business that develops products for the travel market. It is based in Cork, Ireland.
