Cove Hill Partners’ Investment in SecureLink


Choate advised Cove Hill Partners, while Kirkland & Ellis advised Vista Equity Partners and its portfolio company SecureLink on the deal.

Cove Hill Partners completed its strategic investment in SecureLink, the leader in vendor privileged access management (VPAM).

Upon closing, the investment will position SecureLink to continue its rapid growth as a leader in the third-party remote access space, as well as advance product innovation.

Cove Hill Partners is a private equity firm focused on partnering with outstanding management teams to build market-leading consumer and technology companies. The Firm manages a long-duration capital base with over $2.5 billion of commitments from its investors and founders.

SecureLink’s third-party remote access platform connects enterprises and technology vendors to ensure control, audit, compliance, and ease of use.
