Corner Growth Acquisition Corp. 2, a special purpose acquisition company, executed its initial public offering of 18,500,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units began trading on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC under the ticker symbol “TRONU” on June 17, 2021. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq under the symbols “TRON” and “TRONW” respectively.

Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. acted as sole book-running manager for the offering.
